It's been a really hard couple of months losing Rusty and then Paul. I love that they found each other and produced the magical music of POCO. I will miss those exciting days waiting for new music from them; but will keep POCO, and them in my heart by listening to all the great music they have left us. My sincere condolences to all the family and friends. They will surely be missed, but not forgotten!

This really hurts, Paul is my favorite of all Poco.....I met him a few times, always a nice guy and more outgoing than his usual low-key stage demeanor. I'll be playing plenty of Paul to go along with Rusty the past few months...Condolences to family, you were blessed to have him.

So many overlooked Poco albums! I agree that Blue & Grey was a significant piece of music, ought to have been better known. I always thought the two killer albums that should have "broken big" for Poco were "Good Feelin' to Know" and "Cantamos." Wonderful music. and GFTK was the first really well-produced LP they had (no offense, Jimmy) - from the first note, it was mixed so well, it just blew out of the speakers right at you and didn't let go.

So sad to think of Rusty and Paul both gone.

Wow. What a terrible day and terrible year. First Rusty Young, then Paul Cotton. Tragic. I've been a Poco fan since the 70's, I have all of their albums, but my favorites are the ones with Paul Cotton and Rusty Young.. My all time favorite album, which SHOULD have bee a number record, was their concept album "Blue and Grey". what a great album. So sad it wasn't more popular. great singing, great songwriting. I've been big into music since I was very young. Poco has been the soundtrack of my life.
My wife asked me the other day, who was my favorite all time band. I told her unequivocally POCO. THey are missed.... thank you for the most incredible music.

So saddened by the recent news. Poco has been my go-to band since Bev and I saw them in CT at a Wesslian college concert in the 70s. Poco is one of my 2 Pandora station (Bob Marley).

So saddened to hear of Paul's passing, and so soon after Rusty. We are so fortunate to have had their music for so many years, but it seems way too soon to say goodbye.

The last time I saw the Paul & Rusty incarnation of Poco was maybe 10-15 years ago at Sellersville PA. They were doing signings in the lobby afterward, and could not have been friendlier. I got to tell them that the Poco version of Bad Weather with Rusty's steel solo had gotten me through a lot of dark days.

Wishing these good souls gentle journeys into eternity. And comfort and consolation for their families.

The days are long but the years fly by. I can't believe Rusty and Paul are gone. Gone, but never forgotten.
